Alison Goodman is the founder of MummyCare, co-founder of the Naturopathic Doctor Development Center, and the author of “What Your Poo Says About You”. Her background in Naturopathic medicine, competitive gymnastics, personal training, and international volunteer work, has her playing and leaping through motherhood with a unique adventurous spirit. Originally from Toronto, Alison travels the world with her husband, Jonathan Goodman, and family.

Dr. Jolene Brighten is a licensed Functional Medicine Naturopathic Doctor, best selling author, speaker, and mother. Corinne Brown is a Naturopathic Doctor, Labour Doula, Mother and total Birth Junkie. She is also the founder of Brownroots Wellness and the host of her own health-education video blog, called NDtv. In 2014, after becoming very sick with Crohn's disease, she left her 4 year private-practice to pursue her Naturopathic calling online to allow more flexibility, fun and freedom in her work. She now helps pregnant mothers discover the Naturopathic tools and Doula techniques they need to achieve a magical, natural birth experience.


Dr Laura Kent-Davidson ND IBCLC
Naturopathic Doctor and Certified Lactation Consultant
Laura is a Canadian licensed Naturopathic Doctor and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant currently serving Toronto. She graduated from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in 2012. A passion for maternal and newborn care led her to supplement her education by pursuing further training in lactation. In 2013, she graduated with a Diploma in Lactation Medicine from Dr. Jack Newman's International Breastfeeding Centre. In addition to maternal and newborn care, she has special interests in refugee health, immigrant health, global health, and environmental medicine. She has worked with under-serviced communities in Haiti and Thailand and is committed to educating and empowering vulnerable groups in society.

Kim Vopni is known as The Fitness Doula. She is a mom of 2 boys and is a Certified fitness professional who also trained as a doula. She combines the support aspect of a doula with the principles of fitness to help her pregnant clients Prepare To Push™ while postpartum she helps her clients optimize healing and regain their core confidence for motherhood. She is the founder of Pelvienne Wellness Inc and co-founder of Bellies Inc. She is also the founder of Kegels and Cocktails™ - a women’s health event designed to empower and educate women on the importance of pelvic health.
